How do I reset my password?

Forgotten your password? You can reset it in under a minute — no need to contact us.
Reset from the login screen
- On the Log in screen, tap Forgot password.
- Choose how to receive your reset: a link by email, or a 6-digit code by WhatsApp.
- Enter the code (or open the emailed link) and set a new password.
- Log in with your new password — you're back in.
Tip: If the code doesn't arrive within a minute, check your spam folder or try WhatsApp instead. Codes expire after a few minutes, so request a fresh one if needed.
